Project Management

As project managers we take overall responsibility for successfully delivering the project on behalf of the client, acting as the interface between the professional team and the construction process.

Our skill as project managers is primarily based on our in-depth knowledge of the complete construction process. Our principle role as project managers is to manage and coordinate the client and project team ensuring that the project has a clearly defined brief and realistic programme and budget.

Our regular face-to-face communication with the project team allows their performance to be constantly monitored and any issues to be resolved effectively and efficiently.

A close relationship with the client is essential to ensure their aspirations are successfully captured and delivered within the stated cost and time parameters.

Site Management

As site managers we take the role of the Principle Contractor and are responsible for the procurement and on-site management of various package contractors necessary to deliver the completed build on time, within budget, with health and safety and quality as primary concern.

Our management team is provided on a fixed fee basis, with a nucleus of trusted tradesmen, contractors and suppliers being directly appointed by the client. This approach offers complete financial transparency for the client together with a greater scope and flexibility to accommodate change.
